DUAFE+
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to ensure your request is fully met. As marble is a natural material, we cannot guarantee the specific texture and veining (each speaker is unique; our product photos depict previously sold pieces). Therefore, we will maintain constant communication to obtain your approval (based on a photo) of the marble that will be used to create your speaker. A confirmation request will be sent to you by email. Once we receive your confirmation of the marble selection, no exchanges or refunds will be possible. Please note that production will only begin upon your confirmation.
